Make a Referral
If you're concerned about someone you can refer them to Petrus Housing or the Hub. You can also self-refer.
Petrus Hub referrals
You can refer someone to the Hub if you feel that they will benefit from our day support. Visit The Hub page to find out what services are available.
Anyone can make a referral to the Hub. You can refer someone if they:
- Are a rough sleeper
- Are homeless or at risk of homelessness
- Are misusing substances
- Are socially isolated
- Have multiple or complex needs
- Need help with benefit claims.
To make a referral, please download and complete a Hub Referral Form and send it to email@example.com.
If you wish to self-refer and need help to complete the form, please call the Hub on 01706 526289 to arrange an appointment.
Petrus Housing referrals
You can refer someone to Petrus Housing if they are homeless or are at risk of homelessness. You can also self-refer.
Referrals to Petrus Housing can take up to 24 hours. If the person you're referring needs immediate accommodation, please phone Rochdale Council's Homelessness services on 0300 303 8875.
Petrus offers different levels of support depending on the residents' needs. Visit the Petrus Housing to find out more.

Referrals to our housing schemes that offer mental health support should be made via the Adult Care Mental Health Allocation Panel. Please email email@example.com for more information.
