Safe Places National Network has named Petrus Hub a Safe Place for the people of Rochdale.
Residents in Rochdale now have a new place to go if they feel scared, anxious or at risk. tHey’ll find a quiet place to sit, a cup of tea and something to eat, a friendly face and a chat and the offer of signposting advice at Petrus Hub on Great George Street.
Sonia Denham, Head of Petrus, said: “Petrus has provided a safe, supportive space for 50 years, and it’s great to join other wonderful organisations as an official safe place for the people of Rochdale. Our doors are open if you ever feel scared, worried or if you feel you’re at risk – our experienced staff are here to help if you ever need it.”
