We are delighted to announce that Petrus has been awarded the Gold Award Level in the ‘We invest in people accreditation’ by Investors in People.
Gold accreditation means that volunteers and staff across our charity are taking ownership for making our policies, values and vision of ending homelessness come to life.
Only 17% of accredited organisations achieve Gold and we are pleased to be a part of a community of people that know how important good work is and are doing something about it.
We are overjoyed that Investors in People recognised our teams’ genuine passion for their work and dedication to making a difference to the lives of our residents and service users.
It was particularly highlighted during the assessment that we have navigated the COVID-19 pandemic “extremely well, going the extra mile to support our team to ensure their health, wellbeing and resilience.”
We’re so proud of this result and our teams for their commitment to making our charity a great place to not only work but that provides quality services to vulnerable people.
