We're looking to hire Project Support Workers

We're looking to hire Project Support Workers

We are looking for seven Project Support Workers who can provide support to service users at our projects.

They will need to be able to work sympathetically with service users who have been homeless and have complex needs. They will also work to empower service users, actively engaging them with the community and helping them to support each other, to develop resilience, to live independently, and to be an asset to the community.

Experience of working with people with mental health support needs, drug & alcohol misuse as well as complex needs would be an advantage as the post holders will work to empower service users and help them to live independently.

The post holders will be required to work on a rota basis involving 7-day cover. An enhanced DBS check is necessary for this role.
