Egerton Crescent

This project provides housing with support for four single female residents who have low-level housing support needs. The service has been commissioned by the Petrus community for individuals who may be socially isolated but do not have high support needs. Prospective residents may struggle to maintain their own tenancies without some general housing management support.

The support we will provide can include help with budgeting, advocacy, support with managing income/benefits and debt issues. Staff will also support residents with obtaining move on accommodation through our links with R.M.B.C. and the Bond Board when appropriate. Residents will be expected to attend key work sessions with staff and complete a needs assessment/support plan.

The project is part of the new “Health and Wellbeing Hub” we are developing around our Long Street Project in Middleton. This allows residents to take part in group activities and courses designed to promote personal wellbeing and improve their general health (activities available on request).
