Project Aims

To provide accommodation for 11 women and men aged 18 and upwards for an average 12 months period and a crisis unit which is available for 3 men and women for short-term respite, assessment and crisis.

To provide a comprehensive reablement provision for 11 individuals with significant mental health needs, including those who have been resident in residential care. The crisis unit provides respite care for those experiencing mental distress.


Each of the 11 service users has individual support plans and key work sessions tailored to their needs to enable them to reach their goals and aspirations.

Service users are supported to manage their own flat and help with budgeting skills and basic life skills.

The accommodation comprises 5 self contained flats and 6 studio flats with some communal spaces.
