Fundraising and Donations
As a Registered Charity, we are able to effectively use donations from individuals or businesses in order to help improve the quality of services we provide across all our projects.
Making a Financial Donation
If you would like to make a donation, you can:
- Donay online via our BT/Mydonate page: https://mydonate.bt.com/charities/petruscommunity
- send a cheque payable to "Petrus Community " to our main office. If you would like the money to go to a particular project, please specify this.
- donate online or use your debit card at your own bank. Our details are:

Donating your unwanted goods or furniture for sale at our Petrus Community Store, Hamer Lane, Rochdale
Our Community Store urgently needs and welcomes your donations of bedroom and dining furniture, sofas and chairs, cabinets, electrical goods, clothing, books, bric-a-brac, baby equipment, office furniture and toys.
The store sells at affordable prices to the local community and proceeds support our work. Petrus charity also funds 'vouchers' to provide furniture from the store at nil cost to service users who are establishing a home or are in urgent need.

Organising a Fundraising Event
If you belong to an organisation or community group, next time you organise an event why not make Petrus your chosen charity. Remember any money raised will be spent for the benefit of your local community.
